Salt Marsh Farm Hot Sauce
Take Hungarian Hot Wax, Chillies, and Jalapeno peppers (best if from Chewonki’s Salt Marsh Farm of course!) and cut the stems off. Blend them in the food processor. Mix in a few healthy dashes of salt. Put in a container and store for 1 month of fermentation. Enjoy on everything!
